Who This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the MusicReach marketing portal, account flows, checkout flows, managed advertising services, campaign reporting, and related support services.
MusicReach is a partner-branded marketing portal powered and operated by Dynamoi LLC. References to "MusicReach", "we", "us", or "our" mean the MusicReach portal and Dynamoi LLC acting in connection with that portal, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Information We Collect
We collect account and login information such as your name, email address, password-authentication records, session records, account status, tenant or partner attribution, and support history.
We collect artist, release, channel, profile, campaign, targeting, creative, budget, campaign status, and reporting information needed to set up, operate, optimize, and report on managed advertising campaigns.
YouTube API Services data may include your YouTube channel ID, channel name, channel thumbnail, video and playlist identifiers, video titles, thumbnails, public statistics, YouTube Analytics reports, audience and traffic-source data, revenue or monetization metrics where you grant the required scope, OAuth tokens, granted scopes, token status, and related logs needed for security, support, quota, and troubleshooting.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive billing details, customer IDs, subscription status, checkout status, receipt and invoice metadata, payment status, dispute or refund records, and other information needed to manage paid managed advertising services.
We may collect and retain account, session, IP, device, campaign setup, usage, support, receipt, refund, fraud-warning, and dispute evidence records needed to investigate suspicious payments, answer billing questions, issue credits or refunds, prevent abuse, or respond to chargebacks.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide the portal, operate and report on managed advertising campaigns, process billing, provide support, attribute partner referrals, detect fraud or abuse, maintain legal and accounting records, and improve the service.
We use YouTube API Services to let you connect YouTube channels, verify YouTube channel ownership, retrieve channel and video information, validate YouTube videos and playlists for campaign setup, display YouTube content and thumbnails, and retrieve YouTube Analytics data when you grant access. Google and YouTube process information under the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We use YouTube API Services data to operate YouTube channel connections, show reporting to you and authorized team members, validate campaign inputs, maintain data freshness, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and support managed campaign workflows.
We may use billing, support, campaign, usage, and platform records to evaluate refund requests, investigate suspected unauthorized payments, respond to payment disputes, document customer communications, and provide evidence to payment processors, card networks, banks, service providers, or legal advisors when appropriate.
We do not guarantee any listener, stream, save, follow, view, click, revenue, royalty, playlist, chart, ranking, algorithmic, or business outcome.
MusicReach, Dynamoi LLC, and Service Providers
MusicReach is the customer-facing partner brand for this portal. Dynamoi LLC provides the software platform, managed advertising operations, payment-processing relationship, support infrastructure, and related service operations for this v1 portal.
We use service providers and infrastructure partners to operate the portal and campaigns. These may include Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, PostHog or similar analytics providers, Resend or email providers, Google, YouTube, Meta, Spotify, payout providers such as Wise when applicable, and other vendors needed to provide, secure, measure, or support the service.
We may share YouTube API Services data with Dynamoi personnel and systems that need it to provide the service, with service providers that host, secure, log, analyze, or warehouse the service for us, and with Google or YouTube when we make API requests. We do not sell YouTube API Data.
MusicReach may receive referral attribution, reporting, or partner compensation when users sign up, subscribe, or purchase through the MusicReach portal.
Campaign Operations and Third-Party Platforms
Managed advertising depends on third-party services, advertising networks, music platforms, analytics providers, and payment processors. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
The portal may allow third parties to serve content, including advertisements, embedded players, campaign ads, analytics tags, smart-link destinations, or other provider content, depending on the feature you use.
Where campaign measurement uses pixels, conversion APIs, landing pages, smart links, or analytics events, we use those tools to measure campaign delivery and performance. We do not intentionally send full payment credentials through campaign measurement pixels.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, analytics events, log data, and related technologies for authentication, security, fraud prevention, referral attribution, product analytics, checkout continuity, and campaign measurement.
You can control many browser-level cookies through your browser settings, but blocking cookies may prevent login, checkout, or dashboard features from working correctly.
Retention, Rights, and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the portal, manage campaigns, process billing, provide support, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain platform integrity.
YouTube authorization tokens are stored only as long as needed to provide YouTube-connected features based on active user consent. You can disconnect YouTube in the portal or contact support to request deletion of stored YouTube data associated with your connection. When you request deletion or disconnect through the portal, we delete eligible stored YouTube Authorized Data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
You can also revoke access in your Google Account third-party connections settings at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en. When we detect revocation or that a YouTube authorization token can no longer be refreshed, we delete related YouTube API Data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. Deleting data stored by the portal does not delete data stored by YouTube; to delete content or data from YouTube, use YouTube's own applications and controls.
Billing, refund, fraud, dispute, campaign, usage, and support records may be retained for the time needed to satisfy payment-processor, card-network, accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute-resolution requirements, even after an account is closed or deleted.
Depending on where you live and how your information is processed, you may have privacy rights. To make a privacy request, email support@hi.musicreach.co with the subject line "Privacy Request". We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Deleting an account may not remove records already processed by third-party advertising platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, or email systems, but we will take reasonable steps required for eligible deletion requests under applicable law.
Children, Security, and International Processing
The MusicReach portal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.
Dynamoi LLC and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where service providers operate.
